Registration of candidates for membership of the Migrant Council under the State Migration Service started

It is planned to form the new composition of the Migrant Council under the State Migration Service, established in order to support the effective integration of migrants living in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan into our society, create favorable conditions for solving issues related to migration, ensure more active participation of migrants in the migration management, improve the quality of services provided to foreigners and stateless persons and ensuring transparency, assessment of the impact of decisions made in the field of migration on the daily life of foreigners.

The registration of the candidates is carried out starting from March 28, 2024 until May 6, 2024 to determine the members of the Migrant Council under the State Migration Service.

We invite the foreigners and stateless persons living in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan for a long period of time, having close contacts with the communities and diaspora organizations of their countries of origin operating in our country, as well as distinguished in public activity, to take an active part in the activity of the Council.

The composition of the Migrant Council will be determined after the nomination process is over.

It is important for the persons intending to run for membership in the Council to submit the following information:
