Chief of the State Migration Service met with the Charge d'Affaires of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran to our country

Vusal Huseynov, Chief of the State Migration Service, II rank state migration service counselor, has met with Mr. Seyed Jafar Aghaei Maryan, Charge d'Affaires of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran to our country.

Welcoming the guest warmly, the Chief of the Service highlighted effective management of migration in our country, migration legislation, and the significance of relations in the field of migration, and touched upon the issues of mutual interest in this direction

Expressing his gratitude for the reception, Mr. Seyed Jafar Aghaei Maryan conveyed his satisfaction with the meeting, congratulated on the high-level organization of the COP29 event in our country, and discussed the prospects for joint cooperation in the field of migration between the two countries.

During the meeting, views were also exchanged on other issues of mutual interest between the parties.
