Oath ceremony of the persons granted Azerbaijani citizenship held at the Regional Migration Departments

The oath ceremony of persons granted citizenship of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the order of President Ilham Aliyev has been organized at the Regional Migration Departments of the State Migration Service, as well.

The events were held in Ganja, Shirvan, Aghsu, Yevlakh, Khachmaz, Lankaran, Shaki Regional Migration Departments.

Meetings were held with the families of the military servicemen who took part in the battles for the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as of those who become martyrs during the Patriotic War, At the address of their residence they were provided with the relevant references on acquisition of citizenship of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Citizens acquired the citizenship solemnly took an oath of loyalty to the Republic of Azerbaijan by putting their hands on the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan in front of the state flag.
