Chief of the State Migration Service met with the newly appointed ambassador of the Philippines to our country

Chief of the State Migration Service, II rank state migration service counselor Vusal Huseynov has met with the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Philippines to Azerbaijan Maria Elena Alqabre. Welcoming the guest, Chief of the Service expressed satisfaction with the acquaintance, as well as congratulated the Ambassador on the beginning of her diplomatic mission in our country. Expressing confidence in the increasing development of mutual cooperation between the two countries during the Ambassador's tenure, Chief of the Service informed about the activities of the State Migration Service.

The newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Philippines to Azerbaijan, Maria Elena Alqabre thanked for the warm welcome. She spoke about the Philippines` experience in migration management.

The sides exchanged views on possible perspectives of cooperation.
