Ganja Regional Migration Department held another awareness-raising event

This online event has been held on “Procedures to be followed by the receiving party (administration of hotel, sanatorium, rest home, boarding house, camping, tourist base, hospital or other similar places, as well as the owners of the apartment or other living places), as well as responsibilities envisaged by the Code of Administrative Offenses” related to the registration rules of foreigners or stateless persons.

Detailed information was provided on the registration and deregistration of foreigners and stateless persons upon place of stay in accordance with the Migration Code. The rules of electronic registration were also explained. It was stressed that in order to prevent tourists to face any problems by the tourists, the receiving party should carry out registration procedures as soon as possible. The participants were informed about the administrative responsibilities provided by the Code of Administrative Offenses for legal entities and officials who do not follow the rules. The questions of the participants were answered by the representatives of the Ganja Regional Migration Department.
