Calls received by the 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service during May, 2021

During May of this year, the 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service received 10465 calls. Of the calls, 9412 were answered in Azerbaijani, 924 in Russian and 129 in English.

2755 calls were received on temporary residence permit, 2675 on extension of temporary staying period, 537 on permanent residence permit, 438 on work permit, 992 on citizenship issues, 841 on registration upon place of stay, 361 on administrative offenses,1936 on other issues.
