Chief of State Migration Service received BP delegation

On 12 April, 2013 Chief of State Migration Service, III rank state migration service counselor Firudin Nabiyev received delegation headed by Gordon Birrell, Regional President for Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey at BP.

F.Nabiyev, greeting the guests congratulated G.Birrell on his new appointment. Emphasizing the great role of BP in the development of oil sector Service chief spoke about measures taken by BP, achievements gained in this field and mutual cooperation between the State Migration Service and BP.

G.Birrell thanked for warm reception and talked about projects implemented by BP. He notified that Azerbaijani and foreign experts are involved in the implementation of these projects. The guest emphasized that cooperation with SMS has a great role for BP.

Discussions on mutual cooperation between the sides, as well as on issues related to granting relevant permits to foreigner involving in BP in order to carry out paid labour activity and to reside in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan were held during the meeting.
