Amendments to the Decision №102 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic dated June 30, 2009 have been made with the Decision №126 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated August 18, 2009

Amendments to the Decision №102 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan on “Approve of the Regulations on “Issuing permission for temporary residence in the Republic of Azerbaijan for foreigners and stateless persons”, on defining of the investment amount put in the economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and deposit amount at Azerbaijan banks giving base on granting permission for temporary residence in the Republic of Azerbaijan for foreigners and stateless persons” dated June 30, 2009 have been made with the Decision №126 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated August 18, 2009.

According to the amendments investment amount put in the economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan is determined in the amount of 500.000 AZN and deposit amount at any of Azerbaijan banks in the amount of 50.000 AZN.
