The State Migration Service once again assumed the first place in the evaluation conducted on the “ASAN Service Index”
On 23 February 2026, a presentation was held at the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan regarding the results of the 2025 assessment of the “ASAN Service Index.” During the event, a report on the evaluation was presented, and institutions with the highest indicators among central and local executive authorities, as well as legal entities, were awarded.
According to the results, the State Migration Service achieved the highest score (96.83 percent) and ranked first among central executive authorities.
At the event, the Chief of the State Migration Service, II rank state migration service counselor Vusal Huseynov, delivered a speech highlighting the work carried out by the Service in past period to align public services with the parameters of the “ASAN Service Index.”
It should be noted that since joining the evaluation process in 2016, the State Migration Service has come out on top five times among central executive authorities, as a result of continuous efforts to improve service quality.
The primary objective of conducting the “ASAN Service Index” evaluation is to enhance the efficiency of services, promote digitalization, strengthen monitoring and complaint mechanisms, and expand opportunities for analysis and forecasting in service delivery.
The State Migration Service will continue its activities aimed at increasing the level of satisfaction among service users in the upcoming periods.
