The Chief of the State Migration Service met with the Charge d'Affaires of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran to our country

Vusal Huseynov, Chief of the State Migration Service, II rank state migration service counselor has met with Mr. Seyed Jafar Aghaei Maryan, Charge d'Affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq to our country.

Welcoming the guest warmly, the Chief of Service spoke about the activity directions of the institution and the current migration processes within the country, emphasizing the improvement of legislation in this field to align with international standards and modern demands.

Expressing his gratitude for the reception, Mr. Seyed Jafar Aghaei Maryan conveyed his satisfaction with the meeting and discussed the prospects for joint cooperation in the field of migration between the two countries.

During the meeting, views were also exchanged on other issues of mutual interest between the parties.
