Calls received by the 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service during the first quarter, 2021

During the first quarter of this year, the 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service received 25331 calls. Of the calls, 22717 were answered in Azerbaijani, 2411 in Russian and 203 in English.

7628 calls were received on temporary residence permit, 5807 on extension of temporary staying period, 1041 on permanent residence permit, 1058 on work permit, 2050 on citizenship issues, 667 on registration upon place of stay, 7080 on other issues.
