You can apply for re-issuance of a work permit to “ASAN Xidmat” Centers, in areas where there are no “ASAN Xidmat” Centers, to the Regional Migration Departments.

Documents required for the implementation of the service and the form of their submission:

1. Copy of passport of the foreigner and stateless person;
2. In case of renaming of a legal entity - notarized copies of the charter of juridical person and certificates on state registration;
3. A copy of other border crossing document;
4. Application.

Note: Each of the required documents should be submitted in paper and electronic form.
