To the attention of foreigners and stateless persons staying and residing in the Republic of Azerbaijan and the citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan!

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated August 21, 2020 on amendments to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On ensuring the activity of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan" № 706 dated September 5, 2012 starting from 24.08.2020 applications on extension of temporary stay of foreigners and stateless persons in the Republic of Azerbaijan, acquisition, restoration of the citizenship of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as revocation from the citizenship of the Republic of Azerbaijan, issuance of references on the activity directions of the Unified Migration Information System of the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan will be accepted in all "ASAN service" centers. In cities and regions without “ASAN service” centers, it will be carried out in Regional migration departments (in Khachmaz, Yevlakh, Aghsu, Lankaran, Shirvan Regional migration departments).
