Calls received by the 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service during May of this year

During May of this year, the 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service received 34,574 calls. Of the calls, 31.470 were answered in Azerbaijani, 2894 in Russian and 210 in English.

18.172 calls were received on extension of temporary staying period, 7815 on temporary residence permit, 1544 on work permit, 563 on permanent residence permit, 403 on citizenship issues, 63 on registration upon place of stay, 5.635 on other issues.
