To the attention of foreigners and stateless persons

Taking into consideration the special quarantine regime applied in the country due to the spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19), several exemptions have been made in electronic submission of documents to the State Migration Service by foreigners and stateless persons. 

Thus, during electronic applications made to the State Migration Service with regard to obtaining (extending period of) work permits, as well as permits for temporary and permanent residence until April 30, 2020, applications of persons who cannot submit the relevant documents that should be notarized or approved in an equal way will be accepted without such approval, as well.

The mentioned documents can be requested later if necessary.
