Naghiyev Habil Sadikh

29.07.1979- was born in Babek district of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

2000 - graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Azerbaijan International University.

2007 - graduated from the Faculty of Law of Nakhchivan State University.

2000-2001 - enrolled in active military service.

He began his career as a lawyer at the “İstilikenerjitikintiquraşdırma” OJSC enterprise in 2002.

2003-2015 - served in active military service at the Ministry of National Security of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

2016-2017 - worked as the Chief of the Reviewing Domestic Migration Issues Division of the Elimination of Irregular Migration Department of the Migration Control Head Department of the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

2018-2019 - worked as the Deputy Chief of the Migration Control Head Department of the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan - Chief of the Elimination of Irregular Migration Department.

2019-2021 - worked as the Chief of the Migration Control Head Department of the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

10.11.2021 to 27.12.2021 - worked as the Deputy Chief for Financial and Material-Technical Support of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription of the Republic of Azerbaijan - Chief of the Financial and Material-Technical Support Head Department.

2021-2025 - worked as Deputy Chief of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

He was appointed Deputy Chief of the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the Order No. 750 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated October 17, 2025.

With Order No. 2537 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated March 17, 2021 he has been awarded the high special rank of the III rank state migration service counselor.

With Order No. 2993 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated November 10, 2021 he has been awarded the military rank of Major General.

He has been awarded 17 medals.

He is married and has two children.
